The Lund–Malmö area has a large number of accommodation options available. There is a larger venue in Malmö and there is a shortage of available hotel rooms at the end of week 20. Hotel rooms have therefore been pre-booked in Lund for symposium participants (see list below).

The three hotels are located in the center of Lund. A special bus is taking symposium participants to and from the campus at Alnarp.
